Stacey had recently started to verbally attack Patricia for the way her body looked (especially her 50 inch butt). Patricia decided to meet with Stacey face-to-face and discuss why she was so hostile towards her.
After a rather quick and wasteful conversation, Patricia saw that Stacey was either delusional or jealous and very mean spirited.
Patricia was extremely hungry due to waiting for her delayed flight from Detroit to New York without eating anything. A strange sensation came over Patricia as Stacey began to look like a sexy meal instead of a sexy women. Mimicking the black swallower fish, Patricia devoured Stacey whole and alive.
Inside Patricia's belly, Stacey struggles to escape her gastric confines. Savouring her meal, Patricia takes a picture to capture the moment. Stacey can do nothing but futilely struggle for survival and watch as she is turned into a permanent memory for Patricia's Instagram.
