Unbeknownst to most, Serleena actually had been in love with Agent Kay. However, it was an unrequited love because of Kay's love for Laurana. This would forever be the cause of Serleena's emotional distress.
Years later, Serleena returned to earth after being contacted by her subordinate. This is where the twist happens, Agent Kay while on patrol happens to stumble across Serleena who had just taken on her disguise. He tried to handle her as discreetly as possible, via a gun to her head, leading her behind a bush. However, this soon worked against him as he was hoisted up in the air by one of her tentacles and is gobbled up within seconds.
During the process, the bra that she had on tore in the middle, exposing her cleavage. With her belly starting to settle, bulges could be seen at the sides of her stomach to accommodate the large male. Serleena looked down at her stomach and patted it with satisfaction. She was relieved that she could finally move on, now that her first love would always be with her.
