After the purple wedding, the Lannister guards successfully capture both Sansa Stark and Margaery Tyrell and bring them to the Chambers of Cersei Lannister.
Once locked away in her room, Cersei accuses them both of plotting to kill the King, and says that they will suffer a far worse fate.
Margaery can barely protest before Cersei shoves her head into her mouth. Margaery is so shocked that she doesn't start struggling until Cersei has torn off her dress and swallowed her all the way up to her waist, and by then it is far too late.
Sansa can only watch helplessly as Margaery's legs kick frantically, Cersei smiling evilly around them. Then, the only woman to ever be kind to Margaery in King's Landing slides into Cersei's mouth, down her throat, and into her stomach.
Cersei lets out a massive burp, sighs, and starts patting her stomach as she describes to Sansa just how wonderful Margaery tasted, how amazing it feels to have the traitor fighting for her life inside her stomach, and just how good Margaery is going to look on her tits.
Cersei then orders Sansa to come and feel her friend. A mesmerized Sansa stumbles forward and presses a hand against Cersei's swollen belly. Cersei then tells Sansa not to worry: thanks to the magic potion she took, she will have plenty of room for desert.
Sansa will look beautiful on her royal behind... well, at least the parts of her that won't end up in her chamber pot.
